Tiina Oraste

- Bio: Tiina Oraste became the Director of the National Foundation of Civil Society in May 2024. Born in October 1962 in Abja-Paluoja, she graduated from Tallinn Pedagogical Institute with a degree in pedagogy and primary education methodology. Her career includes roles as a teacher, Executive Director of the Järvamaa Association of Local Authorities, Head of the Education and Culture Department of the Järva County Government, a member of the XI Riigikogu — Parliament of Estonia (2006-2009), Järva County Governor (2009-2014), and most recently, Assistant Mayor of Järva Parish.
