Our commitment is reflected in the diverse projects and funding opportunities we offer, designed to empower collaboration and amplify the impact of civic engagement across Estonia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading wp-el\">Key Projects and Programmes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-el\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kysk.ee\/en\/nfcs-development-programme-for-ngos-to-promote-integration-2025-2029\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Empowering civil society organisations to involve newcomers, people with different linguistic and cultural backgrounds, and returning Estonians in community activities<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 From 2025 to 2029, K\u00dcSK will pilot and implement a dedicated development programme \/ practical tool for NGOs to strengthen their capacity to engage people from diverse backgrounds in community life.&nbsp;The total budget for K\u00dcSK\u2019s activities during the period 1 October 2024 \u2013 31 May 2029 is \u20ac535,000, of which: 70% is co-funded by the European Social Fund+ and 30% is national co-financing provided through the Ministry of Culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kysk.ee\/en\/enhancing-civil-society-impact-and-supporting-development-through-increased-youth-and-child-activity\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Increasing Civil Society Impact through Youth Engagement<\/a> (ESF-SIM Programme):<\/strong>\u00a0Initiated in 2023, the ESF-SIM Project enhances youth participation, strengthens community resilience, and promotes equal opportunities by developing a systematic youth involvement model, providing regional training programs for CSOs, and addressing the needs of underrepresented youth, with a total budget of 2 million euros (2024\u20132028), 70% funded by the European Social Fund+ and 30% by the Estonian government, operating under the \u201cEstonia 2035\u201d strategic goals. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/kysk.ee\/en\/swiss-estonian-cooperation-programme-social-innovation-activities\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"> <strong>Swiss-Estonian Cooperation Programme social innovation activities<\/strong><\/a>. The activities of the cooperation programme implemented during 2024\u20132028 are based on the objective of the development plan \u201cCohesive Estonia 2030\u201d: \u201cEstonia is a people-centred country that supports the development of communities and civil society.\u201d It is a country where people are valued and included, where democratic values are shared, and where individuals contribute to improving their living environment through active participation in community and societal activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kysk.ee\/en\/contact-point-for-the-citizens-equality-rights-and-values-programme-cerv\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Citizens, Equality, Rights, and Values (CERV) Programme<\/a>:<\/strong>&nbsp;As Estonia\u2019s official CERV Contact Point, NFCS supports initiatives under the European Union\u2019s CERV Program, dedicated to protecting and promoting the EU\u2019s core values\u2014fundamental rights, democracy, and equality, supporting national and international projects with a total EU budget of 1.55 billion euros from 2021\u20132027, and can cover up to 90% of eligible project budgets. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading wp-el\">Grant Rounds and Opportunities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">In addition to our core projects, NFCS supports a variety of grant rounds aimed at fostering the development and capacity of Estonian CSOs.
