On 27 October, a practical workshop will take place in Tallinn, bringing together Nordic practitioners to share their experiences, good practices and practical examples of engaging newcomers through social innovation and social entrepreneurship.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What opportunities can social innovation and social entrepreneurship offer for better engaging newcomers? At the practical workshop on 27 October, Nordic practitioners will share examples, experiences and lessons learned from approaches that have been used to engage newcomers in different countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nordic practitioners will share inspiring examples and practical solutions for engaging newcomers through social innovation and social entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ask and discuss.<\/strong>
Participants will have the opportunity to speak directly with practitioners and explore what has worked in practice, what challenges they have encountered, and what they would do differently based on their experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Try it yourself.<\/strong>
The workshop goes beyond sharing experiences. During the practical session, participants will have the opportunity to try out different methods and consider how they could be applied in the Estonian context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop is aimed at people and organisations working with newcomers, communities, social innovation or social entrepreneurship, as well as those interested in finding new and effective ways to engage people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop will take place in Tallinn on 27 October 2026<\/strong>. More information about the programme and speakers will be announced soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop is organised by the National Foundation of Civil Society (K\u00dcSK) as part of the Swiss-Estonian Cooperation Programme \u201cSupporting Social Inclusion\u201d, under the activity \u201cStrengthening Civil Society through the Promotion of Social Innovation\u201d. The activities are co-financed by Switzerland to reduce economic and social disparities in the European Union.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
