Innovative Integration Methods for Ukrainian Refugees: A Knowledge-Sharing Session Based on Experiences from Germany and Lithuania
How can we better support the successful integration of Ukrainian refugees into the labour market and society? What new opportunities do digital solutions, artificial intelligence, community-based support, and mentoring offer?
We invite practitioners, organisations, and anyone interested in the topic to join an online knowledge-sharing session where we will present the experiences of the Buduy Razom project in supporting Ukrainian refugees in Germany and Lithuania.
Over the past year, Buduy Razom has provided Ukrainian refugees with a digital support environment that combines entrepreneurship and labour market integration guidance, AI-based support, peer mentoring, and psychosocial assistance. The model aims to offer a flexible and holistic approach that helps people develop their skills, discover new opportunities, and strengthen their connection with the local society.
During the session, we will share the experiences and lessons learned from the first year of the project and discuss what opportunities this approach could offer in the Estonian context.
The session will cover:
- the project’s results and key lessons learned;
- how the Buduy Razom model works – including the digital platform, guidance services, AI tools, peer community, and psychosocial support;
- opportunities and challenges in supporting Ukrainian refugees in Estonia.
